What East Midlands charges to stop at the terminal, what that buys you, and the free or cheaper way to do the same drop.
£8 for up to 10 minutes at the terminal.
That is £0.80 per minute. After that, £1 per extra minute.
The free way to do the same drop
The Long Stay 2 car park is free for up to 60 minutes for pick-up or drop-off, with a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.

How to pay, and what it costs to forget
- Deadline: By midnight the following day.
- Methods: Online only, after the visit.
- If you don't pay: a Parking Charge of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.
Worth knowing
Maximum stay in Rapid Drop-Off is 30 minutes; £1 for every minute after the first 10. A token at the Long Stay barrier gives the free hour, and overstay there is £1 per minute, card only at the exit.
